British Columbia is billed by the environmental community as a mid-latitude "rain forest"; have you ever given any thought to exactly what you would do if you owned property in this type environment. The first consideration is: just what is a mid-latitude "rain forest" with the obvious answer that it's a place where it rains a lot and there are likely to be stands of coniferous trees.
